The hotel is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is also excellent, especially Glaze. I will come back for the third time (I hope it happens soon). The hotel location is very strategic.
I found a lack of options on the TV and Entertainment. Considering it's a Paramount Hotel, I expected some sort of Movie and TV package (I just wanted to relax and watch something). The noise was also a problem. My room was directly opposite the service cupboard and door. I was disturbed by banging noises late at night.

the breakfast was alright, nothing extraordinary but acceptable.
The air conditioning was set to auto, i could not adjust it, and the room felt too warm at night. also, the housekeepers seemed undertrained. I reported a missing item to the front desk, but nothing happened afterward. i was expecting more attention to detail.
